Shipping Policy

We ship Worldwide. Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout depending on the destination country. You are also welcome to contact us for a more information. We usually answer within 2 hours at business hours GMT+1.

All our products will be shipped out from our warehouse in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Unfortunately it is not possible to personally pick up the products at our warehouse.

Shipping within the Netherlands 5.95 EUR.

Free shipping within the Netherlands when above 50 EUR. Shipping to a pickup point is possible. Please contact us for this option.

Shipping within Europe 11.95 EUR.

Free shipping within Europe above 65EUR.

Our packages will be carried by DHL Parcel, PostNL or DPD.

Import duties for countries outside the European Union might apply. Import duties outside the European Union are at own costs. Damaged and lost packages is an issue with the local carrier. K-Skin will try our very best assist to find a solution, however K-Skin is not responsible for any of the extra costs made.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges and returns are only accepted within 14 days after purchase, unused and unopened. Please contact us at info@k-skin.nl to request for a return and we will generate a shipping label for you. Returns are at own costs, this amount will be deducted from the paid amount.
